Location

The village church representing a single nave vaulted basilica is still standing on the elevated slope of a hill in the northern side if the village.

Architectural Description

It was built mainly of unprocessed stone and mortar, only some corner stones were processed. The interior was plastered. There were two sacristies by both sides of the altar apse, and the baptism font was in its traditional place, in the northern wall of the church. The only entrance, presently damaged, was open in the southern wall. Dimensions are 14.50x8.30. No inscriptions have preserved. Judging from the building technique the church belonged to the middle of the 19th century.
