Location

The village of Shotlanli, the historical name of which has not reached us, is located on the left bank of the Hakari River in the Ghubatli District.

1913 y․

The nomadic tribe Shotlanli, after which the settlement was named, was famous as highway men. The way they seized 500 desyatinas of land, belonging to Kndzoresk, as witnessed by the press releases of 1913 was threatening to end in the bloodshed.
