Location

It is situated 4 km east of the Nerkin Hand village, Kapan district, and 3 km south of the right bank of Basutajur, at the right bank of the Top stream. The village is surrounded by dense forest.

Historical Introduction

The village of Top, included into the Chavndur district was one of the insignificant taxpayers of the Tatev monastery.
