As stated in a press publication, the Zhamharian brothers had a School of Agriculture built through their own means in a land of 200 dessiatinas in the site of Arablu. They had purchased it from the parishioners of St. Hovhannes Church by 200 rubles per dessiatina, with permission granted by the Synod in 1913.
